Ben Anderson – Co-founder
Ben’s role in the business includes all things marketing and promotion as well as business development and growing the Musicalize brand. No two days are the same for Ben as he is always learning and thinking of new techniques for promoting the concerts and meeting with potential partners that will help to grow the business.
Sophie Anderson – Co-founder
Sophie is the main point of contact in the business for dealing with agents, artist managers and venues (basically she does all the hard work!). She also deals with a lot of the day-to-day aspects of the business ranging from liaising with accountants and lawyers to sorting out artist riders and other requests. On show day you can usually catch Sophie running around backstage making sure that everyone has what they need.
Steve Rosenbaum – Chairman
Steve is involved in all aspects of the business. Having been involved with a number of successful private and publicly quoted businesses mostly in a corporate environment working at a Senior executive level, Steve is able to bring his knowledge and expertise of company structure, strategy and finance to the Musicalize business.
Trevor Curzon – Programme Director
Following a successful career in project management for a number of global companies and organisations, Trevor joined the Musicalize team as programme director with his main responsibility being to ensure that the team had a clear project plan in place for each of the Musicalize concerts and events. In addition to this he also acts as the lead chairperson at all of the company board meetings ensuring that all of the company records are up-to-date.
